Q: Who are the Catholic Daughters of the Americas?
A: Please visit our
explanation page.  If you still have a question email the National CDA or the State CDA and we'll do our best to answer it.  (Please remove the REMOVE ME text before sending.)

Q: Who can become a member?
A: The Catholic Daughters are a National Catholic Women's organization.  Any catholic woman regardless of race may join.

Q: Does it cost money?  I thought it was a charitable organization.

Questions for Current Members

Q: Why doesn't my court have anything on the webpage?
A: There are two reasons. Your court hasn't sent anything to be put up or the webmaster hasn't had the time to update your court's page. If you feel that it's been a long time since you sent something in and your court's page still hasn't been updated contact the
Webmaster and something will be done.

Q: What can I send in to be placed on my court's webpage?
A: Anything that you would like placed on the page.  Please make sure you clear everything and anything you plan to send in with both your court and your regent.

Q: How can I send things to put them up in my court's webpage?
A: There are two ways. Email the pictures or documents to the Webmaster with a note.  If you do not have email, you may mail them to the Webmaster.  Contact your regent for her mailing address.  If you send pictures through the mail and you would like them returned to you, just include a note saying so and they will be mailed after they have been scanned.

    Q: Does it cost anything?
A: As of now it does not cost local courts anything to place things on the webpage.  This is not likely to change.

General Internet Questions

Q: How do I get an email address?
A: There are many places that offer free email addresses.
Hotmail, and GMail are two and there are many others.  Any webprovider will give up to three email addresses when you sign up for internet access.   Any court may get a court email from the State, but they are responsible for checking it

Q: What's with the REMOVE ME thing? or I can't sent email!   Why don't the links work?
A:  Unfortuantly the webmaster has been forced to install spam protection in our email addresses to prevent virus laden and spam emails from filling up our email boxes.   Just look for the all capital letter text REMOVEME in the email line and delete it before sending us the email.  Every email link on the site has one a REMOVEME line, please be careful before clicking the send button.
